Every service requires 50% down, and payment arrangements are available — no family is turned away for financial reasons.
Payments must be rendered when due, and all payment plans shall be paid on time.
Our work begins within 24 hours of payment, so if you cancel, any payment already made is prorated based on the work completed — you are only responsible for the services actually performed.

Coordination with At Ease (1 hour)
$175An At Ease team member spends time with your senior loved one when no family can be there — companionship, reassurance, and on-site support during the transition. $175 per visit.
Packing Labor (2-person team, per hour)
$100Two team members packing alongside you — $50 per hour per team member ($100/hour total). Add as many hours as you need.
Photo Documentation
$69Detailed photos of belongings and home condition, organized for your records — so the moments and memories you cherish are preserved. Prints up to 8x10 are included; larger sizes will increase the price.
Small Box (per box)
$25Extra small boxes beyond your package allowance, packed and labeled.
Medium Box (per box)

Home Cleanout Truckload (per load)
$399We load and haul away a full truckload of unwanted items from your home — $399 per load.
Cleaning (2 hours)
$125Cleaning service — 2 hours, no windows, ovens, refrigerators, or high ceiling cleaning. We do not move furniture or belongings to clean. Included free when you sell your home with us.
Mushroom Coffee (30-day supply)
$35Mushroom coffee — a 30-day supply for $35.
